Laughter Yoga 2 and 3-day Retreats

Add more laughter to your life! Laughter Yoga combines simple laughter exercises with gentle yoga breathing and stretching techniques to enhance overall health and happiness. Because laughter has both preventative and therapeutic value, practicing Laughter Yoga can boost your immune system and help remove the negative effects of stress. During two and three-day weekend, you will learn laughter meditation and combine common yoga poses with laughter to add joy and concentration to your regular yoga practices. "Fake it until you make it," is the motto for new Laughter Yoga participants. Laughter helps to keep you centered in the moment and increases your sense of happiness as well as your ability to laugh for no reason in the face of seemingly "serious" situations. The benefits of Laughter Yoga also include improved stamina, lower blood pressure, and increased endorphins. Laughter Yoga workshop participants report returning home with a feeling of strength and confidence that comes from facing and overcoming personal challenges through laughter.
