What life coaching is and how it works

It has been said that everyone holds the answers to their own questions. A good coach will help you mine those answers, locate those diamonds which give you direction to help you get what you want. By setting goals and staying committed you will be enjoying the life you've always wanted.

As a life or personal coach I will work with you in a highly interactive partnership to assist you on achieving your dreams and goals. I will help to facilitate positive change and increase and enhance your life in accordance with the your true desires and goals. Whether you need help with perfecting your presentations skills or how to manage that 'difficult' manager you get the help you need.

When you need inspiration I'll be there to assist you and help you to help yourself find the motivation you need. You will also have someone to be accountable to. Within our partnership we will work on setting effective and productive goals and tasks focusing on helping you to achieve a successful and satisfying life. With help and guidance you will become aware of what you truly desire from life and how to achieve that life utilizing strategies to conquering any resistance or barriers that maybe preventing you from achieving your desired goals. Coaching sessions take place in person, via telephone and through e-mail. All coaching sessions are completely confidential and are conducted in a safe environment so that mutual trust and respect are cultivated from the very beginning of the coach /coachee relationship. Sessions are planned in advance and a three month commitment is suggested but not required.
