Coaching sessions take place in person, via telephone and through e-mail. All coaching sessions are completely confidential and are conducted in a safe environment so that mutual trust and respect are cultivated from the very beginning of the coach /coachee relationship. Sessions are planned in advance and a three month commitment is suggested but not required. I have had the honor and pleasure of seeing many of my clients succeed in obtaining the life they have always wanted through our coaching relationship.
